What vehicles do you work on?
We mainly specialise in German cars (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW) but our diagnostics can handle any modern vehicle.
Do you only do diagnostics, or do you fix the problem too?
Both. We diagnose properly then repair/resolve the fault (including wiring faults, module issues, and reprogramming).
How does your diagnostics pricing work?
We work transparently and charge per hour — no guessing, no “parts cannon”, just systematic fault-finding.
How long will diagnostics take?
It depends on the fault (some are quick, some require deeper testing). We’ll explain what we’ve found as we go and what the next step is before you waste money.
My dealer/garage couldn’t fix it but can you still help?
That’s exactly what we’re built for. We use dealer-level tools, plus an engineering-led approach to find faults others miss (and often avoid unnecessary module replacements).
