Warning lights that come and go without pattern
Battery draining overnight despite new battery installation
Multiple garages visited with no permanent solution
Electrical systems working intermittently or not at all
Been told "it needs a new module" without clear explanation why
Comprehensive system scanning - Every module interrogated, all fault codes documented
Live data analysis - Monitor system behavior during fault conditions
CANbus communication testing - Verify data exchange between modules
Wiring continuity checks - Test circuits from end to end
Voltage drop testing - Find high resistance connections causing issues
Current draw analysis - Identify parasitic drains killing batteries
Component isolation testing - Prove which part actually failed
We use completely different methods of finding. Oscilloscopes show what scanners miss. Patience and perspective beats "the parts cannon". We're so prolific in what we do, we're used by other Garages and Dealers to find faults.
Only if we can prove it’s failed. We repair where possible, many "failed" modules just need diagnosing properly (as the problem can be elsewhere).
We replicate fault conditions after repair to prove it's solved.
Yes. We repair factory looms properly under the correct specifications however if the damage is significant, the loom cannot be repaired and will have to be replaced.
